Summary
GoogleDocs: Master Bug
Justin Garcia
Reported
2006-03-10 19:32:23 PST
Writely's blog claims that we don't support designMode. We do. We need to figure out which editing bugs are still blocking them (we've already fixed a couple).

Was informed of a similar site today to writely that Safari does not support. Unfortunatly, they are just reporting that your browser is not supported.

OK. Please write a separate bug about that.

You no longer have to use the backdoor to login. Just goto www.writely.com and login using the test

The new url is:
http://docs.google.com
and it doesn't require any spoofing or backdoor query strings.

In Safari 26.2, I opened
http://docs.google.com
and opened a document. I tested this by opening the console and entering document.designMode = "on"; Changes to the document are saved and other parts are editable without bugs.
