Sigh, I'm an idiot, it might just be that the new z-index stuff doesn't work with iframes for some reason then...I'm pretty sure that's broken. Maybe I screwed up testing that too. :(

Ok, it seems to just be the layering that doesn't work correctly.

Safari Technology Preview 164 is matching with Chrome Canary 112 and Firefox Nightly 112 in the attached test case. Marking this as "RESOLVED CONFIGURATION CHANGED". Please reopen if it is still reproducible. Thanks!
