So this was broken by Bug 225120 and fixed by Bug 260152 But it didn't make its way into Safari 17 yet. But this is working on STP 179.

This should be fixed in macOS 14.1 beta that was released yesterday, please let us know if you still observe issues. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 260152 ***
